ABOUT
Healing Loudly. Living Boldly.
Hey, I'm Jennifer "Jiffy" Morales- life coach, mentor, motivational speaker, writer and founder of Smash Therapy LLC. I’m also a mother, a former pro boxer, a survivor, a builder, and a woman of deep faith. My journey isn’t polished, but it’s powerful—and every chapter has led me here: helping people break emotional cycles, find their voice, and step into their God-given purpose.
My Story
I didn’t grow up with stability or safety. I’m a product of the child protective services system and I know what it feels like to fight for love, for identity, and for peace. That fight carried me through years of survival, but it also gave me grit, discernment, and compassion. I became a professional boxer, pouring my pain into discipline and power—but outside the ring, I was still searching for healing.
I’ve worn many hats since then: mother of two beautiful boys, entrepreneur, therapist-in-training, and emotional coach for people trying to hold it all together. I’ve worked in psychiatric hospitals, walked alongside children with autism, and guided countless women through hard transitions. Everything I’ve been through—every heartbreak, every healing—has shaped how I lead.
What I Do
At my core, I help people break. Break silence. Break patterns. Break through.
Through life coaching, content guidance, motivational speaking, and business mentoring, I create space for transformation. I meet people where they are—emotionally, spiritually, and practically—and help them take the next bold step. My business, Smash Therapy, is where healing gets physical. My sessions and mentorships are where healing gets personal.
I’m also currently earning my Master of Social Work (MSW) to become a licensed therapist, because I believe in combining lived experience with formal tools to support lasting growth.
My Philosophy
Healing doesn’t have to be quiet. Growth doesn’t have to be graceful.
You’re allowed to feel deeply, fall apart, start over, and still be worthy of purpose. I believe in faith, in fire, and in showing up—raw, unpolished, and real.
Whether you’re breaking down, building up, or trying to find your way—I’m here for all of it.
A Few Things About Me

I talk to God like he's sitting next to me.
I believe pink is powerful.
I retired from boxing, but the fight in me is forever.
I cry, pray, build, and believe—often all in the same day.
